Client Love

I first came to Tanya coincidentally, bringing up my symptoms of ongoing period pain, bloating and fatigue. When she had brought up that she was enrolled in a menstrual cycle course, I felt like it could be a great opportunity to potentially deepen my knowledge and receive helpful suggestions!

 

Having Tanya as my coach over the past several weeks has guided me to the realization that paying closer attention to symptoms of my physical and emotional body, can help me regulate, and understand how we flow as women in our cycle.

 

Once I started to track my symptoms within my moon cycle, I felt I could be more in tune with what I needed, depending on which season I was in, or transitioning into. Most importantly for myself, when to be taking down time to relax, regenerate and plan less physical and social activity. Personally, this was immensely helpful in the acceptance of women and men being biologically different, and the stigma a lot of women battle. We are not capable of performing or ‘feeling’ the way men do on a 24 hour cycle, and through this course I have found the beauty and value in the flow of feminine energy.

 

I feel more clarity in where my day to day emotions come from, and more patient with myself. Thank you Tanya for guiding me and suggesting ways to help with mindfulness, physical discomfort, and food and herbs that can benefit me as my winter arrives!

I had a wonderful experience working with Tanya over the last couple months! She is very easy to talk to and created a warm and open environment where I felt I could easily ask questions or talk about my personal experiences.
