Yoga

Yoga is my favourite form of movement.  I love how it drops me into myself and allows me hear the messages my body is sending me. 

 

I have been leading yoga classes since 2014. The style of yoga I lead is gentle Hatha yoga.  We focus on the breath, connection, the Chakras and the feminine and masculine.  You will often find Moon and Sun Salutations in my classes and they can range from a vinyasa (movement with breath) theme or a restorative theme, and sometimes a mix of both!
